Orders will be shipped out in 1 working day after payment is received. Shipping takes 4 to 6 working days to the U.S. via USPS  

Shipping takes 7 to 10 working days to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Russia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Macao, Brazil, Vietnam , Cambodia, Thailand , Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Taiwan. 

Shipping to all other countries can take 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive.

Shipping is FREE for U.S. orders shipped via USPS (4-6 working days) 

Shipping is $4.50 for all international orders. 

Yes, of course! However, you will be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping. Contact us and let us know that you need to exchange a product and we will give you the address to ship to. We will send the new product to you once we receive the one you returned. 

This rarely happens, but if it does, send back your damaged product to us along with your refund or exchange request to info@mygemlux.com. Once we receive the damaged product, we will either give you a refund or just exchange your product, you decide. We will also give you a complimentary discount code. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and if there are any quality issues with a product, please contact us before leaving a negative review and we will solve it ASAP!

Our jewelry is made using a variety of stones. Some of our jewelry is  made with high quality simulated diamonds, some have authentic, natural diamonds, some are made with freshwater pearls, moissanite diamonds and some are made with white topaz stones.
